All of the program shortcuts that show / are pinned on start menu.

(Default menu items like control panel respond to context menu key, but they usually have only one context menu option "OPEN")

By the way, right click takes 3 to 4 seconds to open context menu on start menu shortcuts. this is a very noticeable lag, since everywhere else it opens up immediately. probably belongs to a separate post though.

I will see if we can add in keyboard context menu key support in future builds.

A delay like that would typically be caused by a shell extension causing delays.  The Intel video drivers used to be well known for causing that on the desktop right click menu.
