[1.0]Bug: Malformed zone of control update after taking back a city

Hi,

When I re-conquered this city, the ZoC didn't update correctly. It looks like one of the buildings remained in Magnar control.

Notice the purple triangle of ZoC coming out towards the bottom left. It almost looks like they still own that part of the city.
