how i can remove start8 completely from my computer

hello and thanks for awesome programs like start8 but now i have  big problem in my windows 8 pro, and my problem  is that first program that i installed to my computer was start8 and now i cannot update  to windows 8 media center.

i have that key what microsoft gave to me via email and it seems to work, but when that update program accepts it and starts that update process it fails after reboot and returns to original state so i got a tip that start8 might be to blame, i tried to remove it and tried that update again but it failed again after reboot at 96%.

after i re-installed it had all my custom settings and my key whit it so something must have remain in my computer, i need to test that theory so i can update my computer or contact Microsoft, if i contact Microsoft and blame is at start8 what can microsoft do.

after this is resolved i am going to re install start8 it's just  so awesome program for my windows 8 experience.

If you want to remove Start8 just run the uninstaller.

Start8 should not be impacting the installation of any Microsoft updates.  We are not replacing any files here.

when I try to uninstall start8 it gives me an error that the uninstall data failed to load.    Now, I cannot get it uninstalled and it pops up everytime I do anything.   Like every window change.     This needs to be remedied ASAP.

I want to uninstall it too. I found a free "Start Menu 8", and I am on the free trial. Will it automaticly delete itself? If not, please help!!! X|

End of pianojoe's quote

It will not auto-uninstall. You should use the Uninstall function of Windows through the control panel.
