Settings and Files are empty!

Ok When I click on Settings and Files it should at least give me something, instead I get an empty menu

 

I'm latest Start8 with purchased Windows 8 64-bit using Windows 8 style set to small, but I have the same problem occurring with other sizes.

 

Also, files should have a way to clear and remove recently opened files.

The Windows 8 style option in Start8 is the actual Windows 8 start screen so it will act identically to the stock OS feature.
