Hello everyone,

i originally bought elemental:  war of magic waay back on release, and unfortunately was disappointed in the game.  just didnt work for me.  since then, ive kind of put this game up as as a loss and moved on.

today though, out if nowhere, i got an email from stardock.  not only did they take ownership on that release, but they also gave me a FREE copy of Fallen Enchantress!

this was totally not expected, and i just want to say THANK YOU!  i was always going to give you guys a look anyway going forward, even with my disappointment of Elemental. 

Galactic Civ is one of the best turn based strategy games ive ever played.  ill admit, the sci-fi element has a bit to do with it.. but i still really enjoyed that series.  hence why, though i was disappointed in Elemental, i wasnt going to completely stop buying your products.  why would i, when i know what your company is capable of.

this just goes to show that a little good will can go a loooonng way.  too bad some of the larger companies (EA/Bioware/Activision im looking at you) dont seem to realize this.

I recieved the same e-mail but don't have access to fallen enchantress :( did you have to do anything to unlock it?

If you bought/registered the game in 2010, all you should need to do is log in at http://download.stardock.com with the account you bought/registered the original game on. If it's not showing up, shoot a mail to support@stardock.com and they should be able to help.

as kryo mentioned, all i needed to do was login with the account that i used to buy Elemental and it was in "my downloads".
