Unable to Unlock Fence2 Nothing heard from Support

I purchased Fences2 today but get similar response as many others it seems.

There is problem unlocking for the Trial and nothing happens when I try to unlock to enter Registration Key.

Have Win7 64bit and a bought copy of Objectdock and free Fences copy installed previuosly.

Wrote to support but so far no response.

Please help somebody. I am starting to wonder if these $$$ spent on Stardock are going to be worth it.

You've done well in writing to Support. The first response you will get is an 'auto-reply'. If you don't see it, look in your 'spam' folder. Don't reply to it as doing that will kick your original report to the end of the queue. It could be they won't get to you before Monday or Tuesday... so try the below two options.

1. On the Support page, https://www.stardock.com/support/?from=nav , there is a chat app and you'll enter the #stardock chat room and be able to talk with a support person... give them a few minutes to respond, as they tend to be busy doing other things as well:

 

 

2. You can also uninstall the trial version (keep the settings you have) and then logon to the stardock store https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products (or use the sdc app): https://www.stardock.com/stardockcentral/ to download and install.

If you have Fences 1 trial you need to uninstall before installing your Fences 2 purchase.

If you have Fences 2 trial then you will need for support to get back to you to resolve your issue.

Did you get an auto-response?  I can at least check to make sure we received your email.

Also, until you get a reply, make sure not to email again, unless there is important information to relay.  This resets your position to the back of the queue.
