(Bug)(Campaign?) Blessing of Restoration heal not working

The Blessing of restauration in the campaign grants a heal spell/ability that is not working. The tooltip is something like "This spell heals the target by %d" and casting the spell does nothing.

The normal heal spell works correctly!

Thanks, this should be fixed in the first patch. Let us know if you're still seeing issues with it. :)
