[Bug] Paragon Endless Castable

Hi,

I play Expert game and planned my leader as governor and use most of his HP to the Paragon Spell.

Now I note that I can endless cast this spell and never go below the bonus hitpoints I got via ability and levelup. This seems stupid. I bought level 9 hero and level him up until 18 now. He is a Archmage, god fighter and I stil able to level him up again and again.

No real fun withou limit...
