Pre-ordered elemental, fallen enchantress not showing up

I preordered the collectors edition of WoM, fallen enchantress isn't showing up in my games, is there a step I'm missing?

figured it out, however says product key is invalid

Make sure you are using the FE key at download.stardock.com
