[0.992][BUG] Vassal Mana Upkeep

Enchantments on Procipinee at the time of her capture cannot be dispelled but still incur mana upkeep.

 

To express the bug:

 

1. Capture Procipinee. Observe her enchantments (listed in her profile)

2. Remove her crown. Your upkeep will increase.

3. Open kingdom management and page "enchantments." Hers are not listed.

 

Note 0: I have only encountered this bug twice, when capturing the queen and (later in the same game) a custom character who also owned a crown.
