Windowblind activation problem

Idk whats going on i purchased windowfx and windwblind, windowfx got activated i put the serial and account but for windowblind it didnt tell me to put any serial so this is what i get when i click about windwblind 

 

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
WindowBlinds has not been activated correctly on this PC. Please activate it again.
