Semi-Modding related question about promotons.
Curious on these things:
While I know promotions can have prerequisites, can they have multiple prerequisites?
Also, can skills be created to work only with a specific type of weapon (say axes only?)

Yes to the first one. You would just add another <Prereq> tag after the first.
Second. I am not sure with one type, but you could use UnitStat_Attack_Cutting (which would be all cutting weapons, includes swords and daggers not just axes )
yes i made many skills work with weapons
it needs some work though
you need to add a hidden stat to that weapon for example
and then use it as prereq for the skill
using specific kind of dmg didnt seem to work properly last time i tried you get wierd results when adding cutting dmg to bows or maces etc
but you can discuss all this in the modding area ![]()

I think I can clear this up. A promoton is a positively charged subatomic particle that advertises itself as a negatively charged particle.
seanw3 not only was that helpful, it was frightful.
My idea was to make certain skills work with certain weapons, and only after certain promotions, and different for paths.
Got some ideas from a MUD I used to play.
