new features request

let me say first that this my first post on this forum.

i have a lot of experience as a tester and myself am a developer so i admire the work of the people that made this program possible.

i have some suggestions on how to improve this piece of magnificent software.

1. make an option to disable each of the "improvements" brought by windows 8 by hovering the mouse over one of the corners (eg. if i want charms to appear only if i hover on the top right but not on the bottom right), more exactly like this program does http://cdn.alternativeto.net/s/ad24b00f-d105-e211-a334-0025902c7e73_2_full.jpg

2. another useful feature comes in handy if i disable charms to appear by mouseover, but if i still press winkey+c they should be fully functional (current verion of start8 does not do this)

3. when changing opacity from desktop > personalize > window color > moving the opacity slider, the start8 menu should change accordingly

4. theme creator/editor?

5. disable "file", "home", "share", "view" etc menus in windows explorer aka the ribbon ui
