Sending emails to sales @ stardock.com

no automatic answer received

Hi there,

I've send yesterday a mail to sales@stardock.com (becauze of a Wincustomize Subscription period trouble) and didn't get any "automatic answer" telling the problem was at least registred (as Stardock used to do). As i didn't get this, i send another mail to sales@stardock.com, still no answer ...

Is there any trouble or what ?

You forwarded an email as an attachment and the mail server erred on the side of caution and ate it. You'll want to resend it, preferably not as an attachment (though I allowed those for emails to sales@stardock.com now).

Not sure to understand but the attachment was the email receipt from Stardock proving of my renewing subscriptions (which right now is wrong for Wincustomize ...)

Though which way and what have i to do exactly ??

Neophil... that would have happened with ANY attachment (think viruses, etc.). 

Just because an attachment is called "Stardock_email.doc" (for example), doesn't mean that's what it is, and just because it SAYS it's from you, doesn't mean that it it hasn't been infected. OK? :)

Kris says it's ok, now and he loosened the restriction for you... so send it again.

Ok, i've resend it copying the email attachment in the email :grin: , though there's no more attachment ...

EDIT: send now about 2 hours ago WITHOUT attachment but still no automatic answer you've received it ...

So what's up now ? Week-end is over, i've send an email without any attachment on last thursday and another one also without any attachment on last friday ...

Still no automatic answer (neither personnal one ...)

 

What have I to do to contact sales @ stardock ???

Yep autoresponseS and also sales @ stardock response which tells trouble is fixed, but it's not :annoyed: , though i alimented the ticket again ... x_x
