i purchased windows blinds quite awhile back. version 4.xxEnhanced something like that. my question is, can i still download that same program, and install newer windows 7 themes. or do i have to purchase a new version of the product? or is the product upgradable for free?

I'm nearly certain that you can't download old versions, and that there isn't much hope at all that new themes would work on a version that old. It's definitely not upgradable for free. When you buy it, you get a subscription for one year, and all upgrades for that year. After that, you are expected to have backed up the program yourself for future use if you don't resubscribe. Check out ObjectDesktop, which is a large package of programs that includes WindowBlinds. Try this link:

You also won't be able to run newer Win7 themes with WB 4.XXX .
