Request to add feature

Hi Team,

When I point the cursor on the icons at the right hand side like Run, Control Panel; there is shade change, the light shade changes to dark.

The same shade change doesn't happen when I point the cursor to shutdown button at the bottom.

Please add the functionality.

I will remark that you can see the shade change only, when you use the default theme and you don't disable the translucency. The shut down field has a dark shade by default.
