[.982] Game Breaking Cheat

The diplomat sovereign ability allows you to rip off other sovereigns.  Given enough time, I can trade for all of another sovereigns trade-able goods. 

It has to do with the other sovereign valuing my influence more than his is valued.  If the other sovereign has a small enough amount, the value of mine more than doubles his and I can add other of his goods to make it an equal trade (see picture).  This is on insane difficulty:
