[0.981 suggestion] Casting Spell of Making should elicit a response from the remaining AIs

Just completed a game  on expert/medium/5 AIs and cast the spell of making in order to shake things up a bit and to try and get the remaining AIs to band together and beat me up, but they all did nothing. The game ran on to the end with out a response from them. Seems at least the opposite alignment AIs should respond...
