[0.981 bug] 3 games, no recruitable heroes - custom sovereign & nation, betrayer trait

Played 3 games on the 0.981, two games for about 3 hours each, and one through to completion, and not found a single recruitable hero - doubly odd because I have the betrayer trait.

When you start on your next game, make sure you have the option for "Champion Frequency" = Dense. That will give you lots of champion to recruit.
