Start Orb Icon Too Small

Not sure if this is a bug or what, but I have noticed that when I try to select certain icon sets, they do not size properly.  If I use Start4.png the size seems to be correct.

 

 

But if I change the icon set to the wind8start.png or win8start_large.png, they do not size properly.

 

 

Below is an image of win8start_large.png which I moved next to the actual icon to show the difference in size:

This is a known issue that has been resolved internally.

It is being caused by the large amounts of transparency around those images causing the code to try to resize it to fit.
