Jump lists (again)

Thanks for fixing pinning of jump list items to a pinned Start8 start menu. I've noticed there is still a minor bug: if you also pin the same program to the taskbar the jump list on the Start8 menu goes away.

I know you've heard this before, but overall a great program fixing the MS faux pas. You also get high marks for being so responsive to the beta remarks and requests.
