Bigbro cannot resize or move fences

from Stardock Forums

I used to be able to click and drag the edges of fences to re-size them, but moving the mouse to the edges of the fences and clicking them no longer brings up the little apposing arrows that tell me I can re-size them.  I have searched through Feces configuration interface, but found no way to turn this feature on or off.  Any suggestions?

right click on the fence title an see if you locked the fence.

Right-clicking the title brings up the windows context menu not anything to do with Fences

I finally found the "Lock Fences" control you mentioned in a sub-menu of an item called "View". Because of the integration of the Windows context menu and the Fences context menu it wasn't immediately apparent to me.  Thanks for putting me on the right track.
