[0.98] Material Bug

I have a city that should be producing 8 Mats; but it is capped at 5.

On the 'City Details' screen, it displays 5 Materials.  When I roll over 'Materials', the pop up says I should have 8.  The plot of land has 5 Essence, 3 natural, 1 scrying pool, 1 oracle upgrade.

The natural yield is 2 on the land, 1 clay quarry, and I should produce additional 5 with the Alchemy Lab. 

I earn 13 prod units/material and my Production is at 65.

I already reported this here, but it is good to see someone else noticing this bug, too.

This is fixed in the next patch.
