Objectdock plus 2 fullscreen problem

So whenever I run a fullscreen application my docks showing open windows and system tray dissappear and don't come back when I exit the fullscreen program. I have to restart object dock for them to show up again and this is really annoying.

 

I have un-ticked Auto-hide and changed their visibility to regular but nothing helps. My other docks work fine and don't dissappear.

Is this happening only with a specific program, or anything fullscreen?  Can you give an example?  Are there any resolution changes that occur with the fullscreen app?

Sorry about the delayed reply.

When I watch a movie on VLC in fullscreen the dock('s) dissappear and I have to restart object dock for them to re-appear. But it also happens with everything else that is fullscreen.

I haven't noticed any resolution changes in any apps.

maybe you can use the trick I suggested on reply# 7 here

basically you don't get the fullscreen but using Sizer you can resize every window whenever you want setting few pixels free from the top (or every other edge)
