Upkeep bug

Upkeep units. I already wrote. Group of three people have more upkeep than a group of 5 etc. is also an issue in the amount of production. Team of three people production costs almost as much as from 5. Or is it a bad formula?

Please. Finally, pay attention to the units. A lot of bugs. Require a huge amount of production. Army hammers do) a good designer for the units, but it is not needed!
