Win 7, IP, multiple users?
How to set IP for multiple user accounts?

Okay, here's the basics.
System: Dell Studio 1558 laptop
OS: Windows 7 Home
IconPackager 5.1
Number of user accounts: 3 (one admin, 2 limited)
Wanting to know if there is a way of setting IconPackager to apply different themes for each account?
I have tried changing compatiablity settings with no luck.
I have WindowBlinds installed on my other computers that run XP, and have never had a issue with multiple user accounts. Is this an issue just with IP?
