Where is "Run As..." command?

Win7 Start-menu has option to run programs as another user (shift + RMB). Neither Metro or Start8 has this, so is it going to be implemented to Start8 at some point? This is essential functionality fo all system administrators, since it is common practice to log in as a regular AD user and start programs as domain administrator or some other AD admin account (Notice, not local computer administrator accoutn, which is available in Metro and in Start8).

At the moment it is required to open file location ja click exe of the program with shift+RMB and choose Run as from the menu to open it as another user.
