How Do You Install Downloaded Effects into Photoshop 5 or 6????

Unsure what you mean, what is it that you want to do? most of the themes here are in a zip format used by the program its intended to be used with, once its at home within its program you can use a paint program to look at the items of the theme. Just a bit more info.

Spike, just copy them to the folder they are supposed to go, eg. Filters to Plugins dir etc.
