I would have a request: would it be possible to add the feature of having our own personnalized icon? My idea is not for anyone who register to WC but for those of us who bought SkinBrowser. And this could also serve as an incentive for those who havent bought SB yet I understand you guys have other priorities but I still think this would be a very cool and appreciated feature.

/me gets a check, writes Stardock inc. on it and starts to adding 0's...

small icons such as wc has here already would never clutter up the place but make it more fun,
however I do agree w/ the wise guy that if you let everyone make their own and large ones at that wellll...
we will get crazy.... hehe

just keep the size small and neat then there won't be a problem for you guys here right?

Small, tidy icons, like the frog would be cool. Big flashing junk like you see on WinAmp etc make the board a pain to read. Having a few to choose from (or clearly defined rules for making them) would be good - adding more to the moderation issues.

Perhaps my good friend Davad would make me one - it'd probably be a jackass given my mouth (fingers?). (That was an attempt to be funny - maybe even towards reconciliation)

Speaking of icons, what format do you use to upload your personal icon (is it the standard ico or is it a jpeg) and what size does it need to be when uploading?

we don't upload our personal icons... (yet)
but if we did, they would be in a GIF format and be very very small...

When you upload a windowblind there is a place for you to upload your personal icon. What format and size do you use for that?

well... I guess more icons would be nice. but it does not have to be for everybody. just for the people who wok there buttocks of on this site already and are actively doing stuffs. It will be like an incentive o doing "stuffs" on the site.

get your own emoicons!! or make your own. neat!!!

BTW
no animations for personal icons. the site already has enough images and animation

Sorry starone, I didn't realize what you meant. The author logo in the upload section isn't used anymore. It was for the Stardock site and was usually a GIF or a JPG like a website link button (88x31) but some were even larger. I don't believe it still does anything though. Those logos were only visible on the Windowblinds.net site...
