hello, I had WB long time and never had a problem but lately my computer broke down and I try to download my stardock jewels. I open all of them except WB they open but in few seconds disappeared and give me the message "unable to locate key WB files" Please help me!!! Thanks
Did you reboot after installing?
It sounds like a bad install. Uninstall WB's, run a cleanup program like CCleaner, then try reinstalling and then reboot. You must install to your C(OS) drive, btw.
Make sure you are downloading from http://download.stardock.com/ too
yes. I reboot after installation from stardock and after uninstaller use CC cleaner and download again with the same result. I ask support guys for help without result too.
