Object bar and multiple monitors

I love object bar and had customized an aqua skin to suit my needs, well everything was working perfectly until I got my second monitor and started using Nview(Nvidia's desktop manager) to stretch my desktop across both of the monitors. It turns out that when I maxamize a window it always appears under my Object bar even though I have all the options checked to be on top. While I can always just have it autohide I find it more convineint(sp?) to have my taskbar always showing since I always have multiple windows open at once. Can anyone help me with this problem?

sounds like a problem specifically with the nvidia desktop manager.. try altering the order in which the two start up.

Do you perhaps run WindowBlinds as well? I noticed that when an UIS2 skins is loaded, and the bar is on the top of the screen, all windows maximize *under* it. Only "workaround" I found was to use UIS1 skins... I asked around the stardock newsgroups/wincustomize forums and found that some other people had the same problems, we were ignored by stardock. No one even acknowledged that there indeed was any problem at all.

i run OB on two monitors without to many problems.

have you tried having two seperate desktops, one per monitor? does this help?

how many OB bars are you using?

i have two, one docked on the bottom of my primary monitor (mazimised windows work fine) and one docked to the top of my secondary monitor. maximized windows dont work with this one

as for WB crashing, have you tried the latest nvidia drivers?

failing that, have you tried some older ones, say 23.11 (i think). i can run the 23 version drivers fine, but when i tried more recent ones my home winXP machine kept on locking up, even without WB running
