How long is Unyielding Will supposed to last?

The SOASE wiki I found gives a duration of 60, which I assumed to be 60 seconds.

The Eradica I just blew up stayed in its nice blue mode for 10 ****ing minutes and took out 300 supply of my ships  (including 20 cruisers) in the ONE MINUTE it took for them to jump drive out of the gravwell. I've had less casualties from fighting a maxed fleet with a level 10 ragnarok titan in an effing 10 minute battle.

I'ma have to go through this like 3 more times since the AI likes to fart out lvl 10 titans.

Seriously?

That's the thing, once the Eradica goes blue you're not supposed to fight, you're supposed to run.  That's the entire point of the ability- the opponent has to temporarily give up on their warpath, buying valuable time for the Advent Rebels to recover from what was likely an unsuccessful battle(as they lost a titan).

A titan level 6 ability which requires the titan to die to use shouldn't be something you just weather and shrug off.  It provides you with an ultimatum: Delay your conquest by retreating or suffer heavy casualties as the price for pushing your advantage and continuing your conquest.

Also it's worth noting you should prepare for this ability: begin your retreat shortly before it turns blue rather then when it does(it's pretty easy to finish a critically injured eradica without much support with bombers).  In fact having a carrier heavy fleet in general is a good idea against the eradica as carriers have more health per ship(meaning they get pwned less by chastic burst if the Eradica ever gets within range) and more importantly can kite the eradica the whole fight, allowing them easily to withdraw when the eradica dies(not to mention bombers are great for killing titans).

Also exploit the eradica's poor maneuverability when retreating.  Turning on a  dime away from it to run the other way gives the eradica plenty of time to shoot; by contrast fly right past it and the extremely slow turn speed of titans means you get plenty of distance on it before it even starts chasing.

Of course the best option is ending the game before the Eradica even manages to get to level 6.

Also for the record it lasts 4 minutes

and it only happens when your titan Dies its not used in combat.

So if on average you get 10 mins of combat out of another titan... Imagine 10 mins of level 5 ability all stored up and used all at once

5x 1350 Dessever's  this kills your 300 fleet supply fleet Handily.

3x the Maws used back to back also kills all your ships in that same time.

19x Overcharges well Imo Ragnarov Titan sucks anything apart from a big cannon!

Personally I think Unyielding Will should be a Cheat death.

Something like after death the titan instead heals for 4000 hull 4000 shields, with a 175 second cool down.

Going to Bump this thread, can a faction only use Unyielding Will once?  The AI rebuilt his titan and I destroyed it again, this time no Will

AI are stupid, think they randomly select abilitys after each death, often they don't pick it up.

you can use it every time you die!
