Downloading OD plus...

Ok, i re-installed Win 7 from scratch and - with my regular OD Plus 2.0 license (purchased 2 years ago) - I tried to reinstall it again. I found the original after-purchase email message from stardock and followed the instructions. Gamestop installed (instead of the well-known Impulse). The matter is: now ,in the mygames tab, there isn't any object dock entry, or rather there isn't in the whole gamestop database!

How can it be that I can't install a program I regularly purchased?

You can try finding it here - https://store.stardock.com/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=/myaccount  or  download Stardock Central - https://www.stardock.com/stardockcentral/

If either of those two don't work then email support@stardock.com and start a trouble ticket.
