Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion (GF) Militia Templates do not work in any combination *HELP*

Militia Templates do not work in any combination *HELP*

Note: only relevant TXT information was pasted from notepad to show the map setup for the RandomMilitia template.

I have tried every combination under the GF to get Planet13 on my custom map to spawn anyone of those combinations highlighted in "yellow" below; i have even individually tested each combination with no success. Each time the planet spawns empty with no militia colonized at all. Is there anyone on here who has actually got it to work properly and if so can you please paste the TXT info or fix, thanks.

After you make your map in Galaxy Forge, you need to open it in notepad and change the Owner to "RandomMilitia". For some reason that Owner option has never been included.

If that still doesn't work, don't use templates, just use planet groups and again open in notepad and change the ownership.

What do you mean by planet groups to be clear, please give an example, thanks.

(setting owner to RandomMilitia does nothing)
