"TEC civilian researcher" achievement not working.

I´ve just won vs an AI 1vs1 with loyalists TEC, only researching civic subjects (nothing in Diplomacy tree also) and won him by capital victory.

Nothing happened, no achievement, and im pretty sure i´ve researched all of them : (

I´ve just made some capital ships and cobalts to kill the enemy.

Anybody had the same issue as I?
