Has anyone seen this one?

In the course of getting EasyMod up to speed, I'm going through all of the game files and I happen to come across this conversation snippet: "Good god, we're just so totally kicking your butts. Now, look at the left and right sides of your terminal and we can discuss a peace treaty. Did I mention you guys just completely suck when it comes to war? I mean really, what the hell were you thinking fighting us? Hello!?". 

O almost pissed myself laughing at this, yet I've never seen it in game. Has anyone else come across this one or something else as funny while in game?

LOL, no I have not seen this one yet, granted I'm always the one winning my wars :P. I have however seen one thats pretty much the opposite. It was when the Terran Alliance declared war on me and I ended up destroying them, they ended up sending me a message along the lines of "You know, we don't like to admit when we're wrong but MAN did we screw up when we attacked you. I mean your kicking our butts all around the galaxy. So can we please end this war?" I got most of it right, the end was completely different though I'm sure :P but yeah that was really funny...also very satisfying to click Reject hehe. So if you want to see that message in game I think its probly the Terrans that give you yours, sounds like their style :P, just attack them and then get totally pulverized....which yeah to me thats a serious challenge ;P
