deviantart ?

Ok I know there are a few community members here that also venture over to deviantart so I thought this would be a good place to get some news. It seems their server is totally down. I had not been there in a few days so is this just a temporary thing or has something major happened?

yes I just noticed that, some times I hit the site I get a 403 error and just now the site was working for about 5 minutes then the same...Hmmm it might just be a minor net bug.....

It's probably just a minor glitch in the new CIA spy software your ISP is running. The word 'deviant' triggers in a higher level of scrutiny and causes it to momentarily loose the connection while it switches your priority to an upper Echelon tier of monitoring...

I'd just posted a vitriolic comment to the gun-control thread...and whammo...

Lost the damn message, too.
I really, really HATE that.....all my 'clever' commentary down the tube...

There's an Echelon monitoring station right near Melbourne, maybe they could repost it for you...

Working fine here, though it tends to get really sluggish during the day.

/me thinks he saw black helicopters flying towards Melbourne

I think you all need to get out more!
And remember... just because you're not paranoid, it doesn't mean they're not after you.........

They have a new feature over there that's pretty awesome - latest log entries. I just love that kind of stuff. I tell ya, Jark could write a book about creating virtual communities. I've met the founders of kuro5hin and other "communal" sites and nothing touches DA in features.

Yes...it never ceases to amaze me just what links to what on DA....you can access any feature from just about anywhere....it must be one heck of a convoluted code...
