In-Game Crash to Desktop

Three times in multiplayer games Sins has suddenly crashed to desktop. I am playing an unmodified version of Rebellion through Steam. I have validated my game files to ensure that my game is up to date.

I have only seen this crash in multiplayer games, but I cannot say for sure that it is exclusive to this mode. The error window that pops up gives me no useful information as to the cause of the crash; it only says something to the effect of "an error has caused Sins to stop working."

I can provide three crash logs if they will be useful.

Has anyone else experienced this bug?

I get the exact same problem too, it provides crash logs, but I recall it's also happened on singleplayer, but mainly multiplayer.
