So Many Diffferent File Types

I love Object Dock!  It does so many cool things and makes organizing and customizing all of my programs fun.  But I have requested that Stardock provide an organized listing of where the many different files go in the application and have never gotten a response.  When I download an Object Dock theme, or icons or whatever, I never know where to move some of these files.  The makers of Object Dock could please create/provide a more comprehensive mamual for this awesome app.  PLEASE!!!
