Changing Properties of One Stardock Application Changes All Applications
Why does changing the properties of one Stardock Particular app change all apps?

I saved various Stardock application themes in more than one folder. Application themes such as Windowblinds, CursorFX, Logon Studio, Logon etc. When I go into properties to select the appropriate program to open that applicable theme, it changes everything in all folder regardless of the application to that one app. For example, I'll go to properties to select Windowblinds to open Windowblinds themes and it changes every application whether it is Logon Studio, CursorFX or Icon Packager to Windowblinds, why is this happening and how do I stop this, it's a royal pain? Thanks!!
