[915 Quest - Conquer The Darkling City] Help I Can't find the Darkling city

The area is in the premade map 'the tree of life'

The quest is Conquer the Darkling city and claim it as your own. It is found in the South West portion of the map in a heavily forested area. The area is bordered in red, with no other controlling faction owning it. 

In this area are 3 darkling villiages (resources) and 2 shards. Has anyone done this quest successfully and remember what i'm Missing.

 

I have 99% of the map uncovered and I am not sure what I am looking for. I turned on all my HUD flags to see points of interests etc.

Nevermind, I think I found it on the West side of the map.

I have also conquered the city and killed all nearby darklings, still cannot build in the area and quest still active.

Sweep the area one more time stomp on every hut, tent and homeboy hangout...if you dont see any remaining GREEN label monsters then assume its is broken and move on happens all the time
