Cinematic Mode Bug (Cannot Disable Cinematic Mode)

I've encountered a bug that just won't go away. I think I saved a game with Cinematic Mode toggled on, and now I cannot turn it off. If I wanna see icons, I have to hold the alt key, which is a pain, since it shows a bit too much during large battles. I'm showing 2 screenshots of when I hit the cinematic mode button. As you can see, nothing happens.

Yes I toggled Cinematic Mode "On" and I could not toggle it off (same goes for "Zoom To Cursor"). I had to manually change the settings in the Menu to get them back to their default states. This needs addressing ASAP as it is obviously a bug.

I had the same, and followed advice in another page to use the cinematic mode button in the use interface tab of the options, I just pushed reset in that tab and it fixed the problem.
