My patience is very low as it is as well and me too I get frustrated
BUT you do have to realize game just came out and think back how long it took them to balance diplo. Diplo is not perfect but its balance is All right I guess. Here they have 6 races with more ships and its not just rock paper scissors anymore.
Regarding people that are posting. Well free speech to everyone and especially now nob to skilled ration is higher than ever. It is up to devs to decide if they want to make balanced game or a game where you build one ship and it is insta win. They need to put weight on whose opinion matters more someones who is playing game for 5 years and knows inside workings very well or someones who just bought the game.
IMO that decision will decide if this will be just average game which you will play 1-2 times or a game whose replayability will raise it above all others. Replayability made sins what it is nothing else.
You also need to give them some credit I mean in the end they did nerf titans back in beta and if you remember there was tons of posts not to do it.
Corvettes are OP for like... 2 months now? It's really not hard to nerf them at least a bit, to make game semi-enjoyable. I played 2 matches today and felt really, really bored. Early game is now spam fest because of corvettes. Late game 1v2 is so much harder becacuse of titans. In diplo late game pro player could 1v2 fairly easily, but with titans importance of skill is diminshed.
Besides, it's not only about current balance. It's about concept of some of new ships in Rebellion. Mostly...
Corvettes. Anti-everything ship in counter based game, which has speed of SC. You can try to nerf it, but in the end it's still ANTI-EVERYTHING ship in COUNTER BASED game. Again, it's diminishing importance of skill, and ruining fun factor.
This game has become spam fest. Diplo in its history had it's fair share of OP ships, but none of them were faulty in design.
