Cant register dread lords?

yea iam new. I bought the game brand new from amazon, and was wondering why i cant use my serial to get latest patches. Has this happen to anyone before? i already email the support dudes and got my ticket but no one response?

Support is only available to answer tickets during office hours--they should be able to get you taken care of quickly once the weekend is past.

also for some reason when i go to the united planets meeting (when i re install the game) it crashes?

wait never mind just had to do another clean install. but still cant register game
