[QUESTION] How to make the Palnet list "Toggle Expanded" NO by default

So the planet list on the left side of the screen doesn't show each indivdual ship

from Sins Forums

On the left side of the screen, There is a list of all planets with my structures/ships etc

By default Sins expands all planets, Is there a setting, Mod or file alteration I can make that will set "Toggle Expanded" NO by default?

Pin or Unpin. I think best you got

Auto Pin Off

and in the settings, choose what you want pinned. UI settings I think

EDIT: you might look at 
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Setting\diplomacy.user in notepad

Ill have to try it, I tried all the Pin settings but it didnt make a difference, I'll try again though
