[Suggestion] Edit factions (custom)

Or copy them while editing

Surprised that I haven't seen this mentioned.  Right now I want it since I make mistakes and don't remember what combination I originally had.

But the reason I will want this is after the game is released I will want to make some opposing factions and I might not like what I make all the time and it would be much easier to have the option to edit factions, much like units are customized right now.

Mentioned it before, will mention it again after beta 4 :P

That said, you should both  be able to edit factions and sovereigns :) (if you can edit sovereigns, I missed it :P)

Hopefully the sovereign and custom faction editors will get a little love when the workshop is opened up.   Definitely agree that you should have a way to edit the sovereign besides editing the XML.
