Hello? Anyone?

Which gallery?....and what is the name of the file?

windowblinds. Theater is the name. I get error 2038 at point of jpeg upload. Thank You for responding so quick.

Most common error is the use of non-alpha-numeric characters in the filename. For a Windowblind the format for skin upload is either 'filename.wba' or 'filename.zip' [your choice of name - obviously], and the preview image is 'skintitle.jpg' [again your choice - but neither can have 'odd' characters in the name]

WBA is named, " Theater",  JPEG image is named,  "theatershot". Minus the quotations. Maybe just the name?

I would add that when I try to upload the picture I get an IO error, when I try the skin file I get the 2038 error.

I tried renaming it to "Matinee", still the same problems. Even made a new wba file,no luck.

Have you tried a different browser?

is there one besides firefox! will try explorer, thanks.

When talking about files and filenames the suffix is IMPORTANT, not just the name.

Theater is totally different to Theater.wba

The actual file you wish to upload must have its suffix correct.

In your case what you would be submitting is...

Skin title = Theater

File = Theater.wba

Screenshot/preview = Theater.jpg

Make sure you have file extensions visible in Windows Explorer.  [it really should be the MS default].

Glad it is working!

Good to see it's resolved...;)

Reason for the lengthy explanation about files is that it's quite common to get files uploaded that have no suffix and/or include the likes of - !@#$%^&*()_+ , etc...;)
