WB 7.4 and Opera 12 with Hardware Acceleration using DirectX

Opera just released a version (12.00.1422) that supports both OpenGL and DirectX hardware acceleration. I have my version configured to use DirectX and previous issues regarding font rendering seem to have been solved. However, the titlebar is not being skinned in WB 7.4. It is clear (glass?) and not the background for my skin. It is skinned correctly when hardware acceleration in Opera is turned off. It is also skinned correctly when OpenGL is selected in Opera but the font rendering with OpenGL is poor on my system so it is not usable.

I have tried various per-program setting options in WB without success.

Now that Opera supports DirectX, is there another setting in WB that will correct the issue or does WB need to be tweaked?
