I have a simple question

I have deleted the entry for applications not to be skinned.but syill my ICQ window is skinned in "classic" form. Has anyone else had this problem? can it be solved? Or can ICQ not be skinned? and if so - Why not?

Don,

I forgot to add that I wouldn't suggest deleting those Stardcok specified exclusions. Believe me they put them in for a reason. You can easily put it back in as a user specified exclusion.
