BUG - SaveGame Overwrite Punt

black screen freeze

When I save my singleplayer game, overwriting a previous one, the re-load of said savegame fails: I get a black screen, the game freezes, and an error report gets sent out (once I manually shut things down, that is).

It seems that overwrites corrupt save files.

If it's from a previous update then the save is dead. If it's a current save check that the save file isn't read-only.
